How do I place an order?
- Review the products you are interested in and see every detail, composition, reference code and price. After selecting and you are at the cart section, press the….. ADD TO CART
- Fill in shipping information and billing information.
- Upon successful completion, you will see a summary of your order and you will receive a relevant email.
- Once the order is processed you will receive the tracking number so you can figure out when exactly your parcel will be delivered.
Can I change or cancel my order after confirmation?
In case you placed an order and for any reason, you want to take it back we give you 4 hours to let us know. Just send an email at email@example.com informing us about the cancellation or the changes you want to make. Unfortunately, you can’t add or remove any products but you can change the billing address, info or product size between the four hours.
Please mention at the email the order code we sent you!
How can I pay for my order?
Our shop accepts Visa, MasterCard, and payments through PayPal
Is VAT included in the price?
The VAT on all products is included in the price stated.
Will my parcel be charged customs and import charges?
Some countries may charge import duties or other random fees. It depends on the policy of your country’s postal service. We apologize for that, but it’s something over us. For more information on taxes, duties and customs regulations please contact your local customs office directly.
If the receiver refuses to pay taxes & duties or refuses the delivery for any other reason, the item(s) will be returned to our warehouse in Greece. The order will be refunded only once the item is returned back, excluding the return shipping fee, original shipping fee, and a 30€ handling and restocking fee will be deducted from the amount of the order.
How long will it take to get my package?
Usually, we need 1-2 days to finalize the whole transaction depending on the package size. All deliveries are fully tracked and we’ll email you a tracking number once your parcel has been shipped from our warehouse. If you place the order during the weekend, we’ll start processing it on Monday. The approximate average time of shipping for Zone 1 countries (EEA & Switzerland) is 5-7 working days and for Zone 2 (Rest of the world) is 10-15.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number when your order is ready to ship so you can figure out when exactly your parcel will be delivered. We ship all the orders from our studio in Greece or Madrid.
My order hasn’t turned up yet?
Once have checked the tracking number and you see that it takes more time than normally (according to the destination place), please contact us via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
What is your return policy?
If for any reason, you have received the order and you are not happy with the item, you have 14 days to return it (starting from the day you received it), provided that the items are not used and in original condition. No handling or restocking fees will be applied in this case. Products sold at a discounted price do not accept returns. As soon as we receive it back we’ll send you a confirmation mail to inform you about and afterward we’ll proceed to the refund excluding initial shipping costs. Don’t forget to check your junk mail, because sometimes our emails land in there. The costs for returning the package to us for both returns and exchanges are on the customer’s own expense.
The exchange of products is not accepted. If you would like to order a product in a different color or size you have to place a new order and email us at email@example.com. We will get in contact with you to manage the return of your product. No handling or restocking fees will be applied in this case.

Items are designed between Madrid and Thessaloniki (Greece) and have been manufactured in Greece with the collaboration of local small businesses.
